i will probably come back when i have more specific questions! it’s a relief to hear an analysis of these kinds of job markets from someone who is actually considering the nuances of being in them. i think it also helps that i am a video/film person, so looking at similar logistical issues for an entirely different medium helps clarify my own feelings on them a bit.
